-Con is this Saturday, it’s one of mage’s big events. Any help would be appreciated, so help us make a great con!

Science Fiction – Phillip
- Sent the stuff to nick last week for rights.
-no response on Dr. Who yet.

Social –Patrick

-Halo tournament is next week Thursday night, he needs help. Christian and Andy volunteer.
-We need 4 X-boxes-4 volunteers. Spare controllers- 5 Copies of halo 3- 4
-We still need 4 more controllers, volunteers can approach Patrick throughout the week.


Chess –
-2 meeting a week change has been implemented, things are going swimmingly
.Current leader is Kyle 3-0

Con
-Con is this Saturday.
-The cards are here, boxes will not be unsealed till con.
-Games and stuff will be held this Saturday.
-Whatever we have rights to show, we will show.
-Final con meeting will be held in the mage outer office

MAGE T-shirt designs once again due Thanksgiving.
-We can get the rockband set for a total of 65 dollars

-Tabled for 1 week for ideas, come with a theme and a plan. King queen nominations will also be made next week.
-Diabtes association event happening pay a dollar for a chance to play for prizes~
-We were looking into spending money on standard MAGIC tournaments. We could place dollar entry fees, so we may give a top prize and a random prize. Can’t be done unless we charge.
